Co-owned and operated with Siddhia Hutchinson, Siddhia Glen Wielgus, fine art gallery located in Vieques presents the work of artists from the Caribbean region. There are works of artwork, photography as well as ceramics, jewellery prints, and much more. The curators whose works are also displayed – want to connect collectors with artists.
Siddhia Hutchinson Gallery was Established in 1985 by Siddhia Hutchinson. The gallery is committed to showcasing the distinctive talent of Caribbean Inspired artists.
In addition, the gallery is an active participant in Vieques’ community and is dedicated to improving the living conditions on their island. The gallery is a popular location for fundraising events that benefit Vieques Humane Society and Animal Rescue. Vieques Humane Society and Animal Rescue and is a major contributor to local education in the arts through workshops, classes and mentoring.
Artists featured in the gallery include Sara Cook, Bob Gevinski, Bernardo Medina, Hattie Norman, Roxanna Norman, and numerous others. It is possible to book art classes there for those who want to sharpen their skills in the course of your visit as well.
