FOK, as the abbreviation, has the full name of Fresh Of Keg. This translates to fresh on tap as the FOK brewing products always stay fresh. The Freshness is maintained from the production process and immediately distributed. FOK generates over ten direct jobs and dozens of indirect jobs.
In every small way possible, FOK does everything possible so that their product is in the most significant number of local businesses around the island. This is motivated by their zeal to support each other and grow together. As a result, most of their products are acquired locally in the City.
Among the products, FOK brewing purchases locally are coffee, cocoa, honey, parcha, mango, habaneros, cigars, and all their labels, printed material, and uniforms. One of the initiatives they have been working on for the past years is collaborating with different food trucks to satisfy their customers’ cravings on Fridays and the kitchen of 727 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
